Welcome to Gampangin AI ("Gampangin", "we", "our", or "us"), an all-in-one business platform operated by PT Saint Technologies Indonesia (si.co.id), a company registered in Indonesia. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

2. Data We Collect

We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

• Identity Data: includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier
• Contact Data: includes email address and telephone numbers
• Technical Data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website
• Profile Data: includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses
• Usage Data: includes information about how you use our website, products, and services

7. Social Media & Advertising Platform Integration

Our services integrate with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and Google (including Google Ads) for authentication, measurement, and marketing purposes. By using these integrations, you agree that:

• We may collect data from your connected accounts as permitted by your privacy settings and the access you grant
• Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the respective platform
• We may use your data to deliver and measure advertising as permitted by applicable law

7a. Conversion Measurement & Offline Conversions

When a business using Gampangin connects its own advertising account (such as Google Ads or Meta) and enables conversion measurement, we send conversion events — for example, a completed purchase — to that platform so the business can measure the effectiveness of its own advertising. To help the platform match a conversion to the originating ad interaction, customer identifiers such as email address and phone number are normalized and irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) on our servers before transmission; we do not transmit raw email or phone numbers for this purpose. This data is used solely for conversion measurement on behalf of the connected business and is shared only with the advertising platform the business has explicitly connected. Customers can request that we stop processing their data for this purpose (see Your Legal Rights below).

7b. Google API Services & Limited Use

Gampangin uses Google API Services to let businesses connect their own Google accounts (for example Google Ads, Google Sheets, and YouTube channels they own). We only request the specific scopes needed to deliver the features the user explicitly enables.

Gampangin's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, we do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the features the user requested, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. Google user data is not used for any purpose other than providing the features the user connected.

7c. YouTube API Services

When a user connects a YouTube channel they own, Gampangin uses the YouTube API Services to read channel and video analytics (such as views, watch time, and retention) and to read and moderate comments on the user's own videos. By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of data from the YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Users can revoke Gampangin's access to their YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and can disconnect the channel inside Gampangin to stop all further syncing and delete the synced historical data.

7d. Meta Platform Data

When a business connects its own Meta assets (Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, or Business Manager) via Facebook Login for Business, Gampangin accesses only the assets and permissions the business explicitly grants — for example, to read Page/Instagram insights, read and moderate comments on the business's own content, and manage the business's own advertising. We store the resulting access tokens and derived data solely to provide those features. Our processing of Meta Platform data complies with the Meta Platform Terms. We do not sell Meta Platform data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than delivering the features the connected business requested.

7e. Deleting Your Data

You can request deletion of data connected through Meta (Facebook / Instagram) at any time by (a) disconnecting the account inside Gampangin, which immediately revokes our stored tokens and deletes the synced historical data; (b) removing Gampangin from your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Business Integrations, which triggers an automatic deletion request to us; or (c) emailing [email protected]. Full instructions and a request-status tracker are available on our Data Deletion page. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Your Legal Rights

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction of your personal data
• Request erasure of your personal data
• Object to processing of your personal data
• Request restriction of processing your personal data
• Request transfer of your personal data
• Right to withdraw consent
